I am so excited to be a part of the Make ADHD Your Genius event which starts tomorrow Nov 4th and runs through Nov 14th. Thank you to Tracey Bromley Goodwin for asking me to speak and share my time management tips. We had a fun discussion about ADHD and managing time, especially while traveling. It might even include a bit about my experience with attending my first NASCAR race and riding in teh pace car this summer!
I’ll share a bit more personal info with you today:
When ADHD hit home
When I was in-house counsel at a start-up, I was completely exhausted all the time. I didn’t feel productive, I felt like I was missing deadlines, and I constantly felt behind because of travel. Discovering that I had ADHD changed everything. Once I took a hard look at what that meant (and how I’d been coping all these years), I figured out how to make ADHD work for me — to focus when I need to and work within my natural energy zones.
Fun fact I’ll share: I start the day like Tigger and end it more like Winnie the Pooh. Once I realized that, I stopped fighting it, and started planning for it.
The Make ADHD Your Genius™ Event
That journey led me to share what I’ve learned, and now I’m thrilled to speak at The Make ADHD Your Genius™ Event alongside 20 other experts. We’ll be talking about how to:
- Manage your day like a BADASS
- Create routines that actually work
- Learn efficient billing habits
- Crush procrastination
- Boost your confidence in everything you do
Each 30–40 minute pre-recorded audio session fits right into your life. It’s perfect for your commute, your walk, or even while you’re cooking.
Imagine thriving in your career with a daily plan that helps you start projects, break free from procrastination, and block out distractions so you feel more confident, energized, and successful, even if you’ve already tried every productivity tool out there.
