Day 3 – Eat Well

Give your body exactly what it needs to function well. Find a new healthy recipe and make a delicious dinner tonight. That’s exactly what we plan to do with my in-laws tonight with tomatoes we brought from our garden. Yay!! #eatwell

Day 2 – Be Positive

Write down three positive words affirming who you are.  For instance, “I am creative, loving, and persistent.” Choose words that describe you and your unique awesomeness!
